The 2026 conference will have a different schedule, but you can count on the quality you've come to expect from an ESAAL event.
Tentative schedule of events:
- Exhibitor load-in – Monday 4/27/26 1:00pm - 5:00pm
- Show Floor Open - Monday 4/27/26 6:00pm - 8:30pm
- Show Floor Open (during meals & breaks) - Tuesday 4/28/26 7:30am - 1:00pm
- Exhibitor booth breakdown - Tuesday 4/28/26 1:00pm

Thank you for being a supporter of the ESAAL Annual Conference & Trade Show. Many of you have been with us for a long time & we appreciate the continued support & partnership through the years!
All persons visiting the conference and exposition, as well as exposition personnel, shall be required to register and wear an appropriate badge while in attendance. Exhibitors may supply giveaways and take orders for goods and services only in their designated exhibit spaces. Canvassing or distribution of advertising matter (including logo giveaway items such as bags, lip balm, etc.) outside the exhibitor’s own space will not be permitted. Non-exhibiting suppliers are not permitted into the trade show. Non-exhibiting suppliers may register for and attend the general sessions of the conference but may not solicit.
