Program Description
Join us in person for a hands-on workshop that will give you the skills and base materials to elevate your current Quality Assurance Program or start a successful new program. The three-hour training will start with a review of the current Regulatory Quality Assurance Committee Requirements as well as the key factors to consider when building your program. Participants will then break out into small groups to collaborate to create custom QA components to implement at their own communities. Participants will leave the workshop with a variety of practical methods to implement an active and effective QA Program.
This workshop is beneficial for Administrators, Executive Directors, Regional Directors of Operations, Case Managers, Nurse Managers, or Quality Assurance / Risk Management Staff, and carries 3 CEU credits.
