New York State Adult Care Facilities/Assisted Living Residence Regulatory Training
Presented by Substantial Compliance Consulting Group in partnership with ESAAL.

Program Description
This training program is presented using the NYSDOH ACF/ALR regulations as the core to all learning. This approach fosters an understanding of the regulations, as well as DOH expectations, historical interpretations and industry trends. The program is designed to provide key personnel in the Adult Care Industry of New York State with essential information that lends itself to effective operations, quality resident care, and regulatory compliance. The program is divided into specific modules that will focus on some of the most essential areas of NYSDOH licensure, regulatory compliance, oversight, surveillance, case management, and operations.

The training will be offered online in a video chat setting.  You will be able to see your fellow classmates & presenters, as well as ask questions, comments, etc.!  The classes will be twice per week, for 6 weeks.  Each class will be 2 hours in length.

Class dates: Thurs 6/22, Tues 6/27, Thurs 6/29, Tues 7/11, Tues 7/18, Thurs 7/20, Tues 7/25, Thurs 7/27, Tues 8/1, Thurs 8/3, Tues 8/8, Thurs 8/10

Each session will be held 2:00pm-4:00pm
