Happy Home: Recognizing the Barriers and Benefits to Family Involvement in Assisted Living Residents

Participants will learn the different family dynamics that can exist when a resident lives in Assisted Living, and learn strategies in how to deal with conflicts, family interference with care and what facility staff are responsible for disclosing to families.
